Frosted Flakes cereal box. 12 x 16 acrylic painting. Who doesn't love Tony the Tiger? This particular box is from 1983. This was back when it was still o.k. to use the word "Sugar" on the front of the box. Note they used to be called "Sugar Frosted Flakes of Corn"....
Quisp cereal box. 12 x 16 acrylic painting. I loved Quisp as a kid, had it again as an adult and it tasted a lot like Captain Crunch. Not that this is a bad thing. But the Quisp martian is still one of the coolest box designs around....
Quake cereal box. 12 x 16 acrylic painting. The original mascot for Quake, released in 1965 was this construction worker, later replaced by a cowboy. At one point, the construction worker could fly? Nothing better than a flying construction worker, that's what I always say....
Super Sugar Crisp cereal box. 12 x 16 acrylic painting. Remember when it was o.k. for cereal companies to use the word "sugar" on the box? Count Chocula 18 x 24 acrylic painting. The original Count Chocula cereal box, circa 1971. Nothing beats the original designs of the first editions of the General Mills Monster Cereals and in my opinion, Count Chocula is on the Mount Rushmore of cereal box characters....
Franken Berry 18 x 24 acrylic painting. Reproduction of original box, circa 1971. Still the best of all the designs to come. I consider the General Mills Monster Cereals to be the "holy grail" of cereal boxes....
Boo Berry 18 x 24 Acrylic. Boo Berry cereal box circa 1972. The original design from date of release. Still a classic....
