This is Jon Snow and Ygritte in the cave with the hot springs as Mance Rayder's large host move towards the Wall.
The image was inspired by stych9ine photo I saw on pinterest - love the placement of the girl's hands on the guy's arms.
I made them slightly pink from the hot steams in the cave...:D
