Oh my God...that dress.
As a prospective bride it is imperative you walk into a bridal shop and ask for one that catches fire, because why get married at all if you can't even have that?!!
I used a lot of very tiny acrylic brushes in Corel Painter to get the feathery effect of the dress, a lot of textures :) and a lot of cups of tea!
