Artist Daniel Arsham thinks about the past… a lot. He re-imagines objects once used everyday but have since faded from the zeitgeist like Polaroid cameras and real film projectors.
It seems hard to believe, but these cameras have been cast using shattered glass. Using an untraditional material to cast a relic from our not so distant past (the 35mm camera), Arsham has created an eerie and beautiful imprint of our culture.
